Noel began in the start up world working for a intelligent transportation system company. He grew this company substantially by working closely with the CEO on succession planning and people strategy. He was later headhunted by large organization to oversee Eastern Canada. He has returned to the start-up world to build and grow, because that’s where his passion lies. In his role, he will be responsible to advise on HR strategy, talent challenges, leadership & organizational development, succession planning and employer branding efforts.
