Valentine is an HR professional with a passion for supporting people navigate the tech start-up world. She graduated from Concordia University with a degree in Sociology and Sustainability. She first joined TandemLaunch through the Co-operative program at Concordia, and has stayed to follow her growing interest in HR. While working with the recruitment team, she also onboards all incoming Entrepreneurs-in-Residence and employees at TandemLaunch. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching films, and spinning.
